Orders for Examination or "Judgment Debtor Examinations" As part of your post-judgment discovery rights, the Evil Attorney® can obtain a court order requiring the appearance of a Judgment Debtor Defendant in court for a special "deposition" where the Evil Attorney® can ask questions about the Judgment Debtor's finances. A subpoena duces tecum will be served with an Order to Appear for Examination. The subpoena will require the Judgment Debtor to bring financial documents to "verify their story."
Liens and More Liens! We can create a "judgment lien" on the Defendant's real property. This prevents the sale or refinancing of their real estate without first satisfying your judgment. The Evil Attorney® can also create a lien on the Judgment Debtor's personal property. |
